November 15th Full Moon Tarot Curated Insights: The Power of a Graceful Heart
The full moon is here, bringing new tarot insights for us to reflect upon. This moon cycle I used my Vintage Wisdom Oracle deck and my Star Seeker Tarot deck, and we pulled Grace (Vintage Wisdom deck), the Eight of Pentacles, and the Seven of Pentacles (Star Seeker deck).
We have another repeat card this week and that’s the Seven of Pentacles. I love this card, particularly the one from the Star Seekers deck. The visual, to me, is very nurturing. I see it as a reminder to pour myself into the things that are important to me, because by doing so, I’m doing my part to make the world a better place. Make sure you look at the cards to see what they awaken it you, let’s dive in.
Intention: Grace is an active force that can empower us to transform pain and anger into purpose. It gives us the capacity to bear witness to both our personal pain and the pain we see in the world.
Affirmation: I extend grace to myself so that I might extend it to all of humanity.
September 2nd New Moon Intention and Affirmation: Embracing Self Leadership
The new moon is upon us, so you guessed it, I have a new tarot curated intention and affirmation for us to work with. This moon cycle I used my Smith Waite tarot deck, and we pulled the Queen of Cups, The Tower, and the King of Wands. Be sure to have a look at the cards to see what they awaken in you. Let’s dive in!
Intention: Have you ever felt empowered and confident only to become riddled with a sense of inner conflict?
Sometimes we feel a pressure to perform, achieve, and accomplish. We know we have the skill and ability to do the things we want to do, but inner conflict undermines our sense of surety.
A sense of mounting pressure rises, and we know if we don’t sit with the parts of ourselves that are in conflict we’ll have a meltdown.
Affirmation: I can hold space for opposing needs and desires.
August 19th Full Moon Intention and Affirmation: What is Not Mine I Leave Behind
The full moon is upon us, and you know the drill, I’ve pulled three cards to curate an intention and affirmation for us to work with until the new moon.
This moon cycle I used the Light Seer’s Tarot, and we pulled the Eight of Cups, the Five of Pentacles, and the Nine of Pentacles. Be sure to have a look at the cards to see what they awaken in you. Let’s dive in.
Leaving behind what no longer serves you is the overarching theme of this spread. To do this, it’s important to cultivate a strong vision for the future, one that is aligned with your values and authentic self.
It suggests a time of transition, where you're being called to let go of something that no longer supports your growth and embrace a new path towards abundance and fulfillment. To do this you must honor any pain or sorrow that comes with transformation.
July 5th New Moon Intention and Affirmation: An Invitation From Your Inner Child
A new moon is upon us, so I have a new tarot curated intention and affirmation for us to work with. This moon cycle I used the Tarot of the Golden Wheel, and we pulled the Eight of Swords, the Nine of Wheels, and the Six of Wheels.
Be sure to have a look at the cards to see what they awaken in you, let’s dive in!
Lately I’ve become acutely aware of how quickly things can change. Just when I’m feeling great, something happens and I’m suddenly thrust into complicated feelings of overwhelm, fear, and hopelessness.
Such is the way of things - we all know this. But that doesn’t make the ups and downs of life any easier to endure. We want the good things to last forever, and the bad things to never come, yet we know this just isn’t possible.
Intention: When we feel stuck and overwhelmed by limitations imposed by past and current circumstances, feelings of self-doubt, fear, anger, sadness, and overwhelm can take hold. These emotions, often rooted in unhealed childhood wounds, can flood our awareness with challenging sensations. But there’s hope.
Affirmation: I love my inner child and I am connected to the wisdom that resides in this part of who I am.
June 21st Full Moon Intention and Affirmation: Finding Your Place to Belong
On June 21st a brilliant full moon graces the sky, and with it comes a new tarot curated intention and affirmation for us to work with.
This moon cycle I used the Smith Waite tarot deck, and we pulled the Three of Cups, The Devil, and the Seven of Swords. Be sure to have a look at the cards to see what they awaken in you. Let’s dive in!
You might recall that we’ve seen both the Three of Cups and the Seven of Swords in the last month. I always pay special attention when archetypes stay will us for a few weeks because it means they have more to share with us.
On the new moon, we talked about how important community is for our wellbeing. I think we can all agree that asking for help, relying on others, and connection within community can be a good thing. But there’s another perspective to consider.
